Become an RQi Practitioner

Train to become an RQi Practitioner by completing our 3 day Practitioner course. You'll learn about the characteristics of resilient people, how the RQi was designed and tested and how to use the RQi in one-to-one coaching sessions. This course is for experienced coaches, occupational psychologists and learning and development professionals.

There are four steps to completing the course as laid-out below. The group sessions are run either remotely (via video conference) or as face-to-face workshops. See when the next courses are running under Events.

Once qualified, RQi Practitioners can continue their training to become Master Practitioners, who are qualified to deliver our group workshops and organisational consultancy using the RQi Team Report.
