Matthew delivered the Goal Setting workshop at a pace that left all attendees understanding how goals work and how they can help us all. He fully engaged with his audience and as an attendee I felt that the content and delivery of the workshop was just right. Matthew was humorous and insightful. I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and would recommend it to anyone who wants to gain some focus on their goals.</span>
I found the Goal Setting Workshop very inspiring. The workshop has highlighted that the key to goal setting is getting away from the pressures of the day and asking the question where do I want to be in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years from now and most importantly writing them down and constantly checking to see where I am against my goals and visualizing success. I would recommended this course to anyone who is serious about achieving their goals.</span>
