Mindful Working - Interactive Webinar, 24-Nov 2020

In this interactive webinar on Mindful Working we will demonstrate highly effective tips and techniques to help you work efficiently and productively. The principles of mindful working are (1) being mindful about what you work on and (2) being in a mindful state when you're working. Mindful working is associated with greater productivity and greater satisfaction at work.

The techniques we demonstrate are from positive psychology, mindfulness practice and behavioural change science; they're designed to help you succeed in work and in life, whatever your goals.

The facilitator is Matthew Critchlow Managing Director of Thrive and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster.

The course comes with a detailed 30-page workbook and access to online learning resources. Mindful Working was designed by Thrive in collaboration with Imperial College London.
