We're running the RQi Practitioner programme on 8/9-Oct 2019 at WeWork, Waterloo (10 York Road, London SE1 7ND). This certification course is for:
+ Experienced coaches + Counsellors and therapists + Occupational psychologists and + Learning and development (L&D) professionals
Those who successfully complete the course are licensed to use the RQi in one-to-coaching sessions with their clients, according to the Terms and Conditions of an RQi Practitioner.
Entry requirements:To attend this course, participants must have at least one of the following: (1) significant coaching experience in a professional context (either as an independent consultant or internal performance coach); (2) a recognised coaching qualification, for example a course accredited by the International Coach Federation; (3) BPS Level A and B Certification or (4) completion of Thrive’s two-day core coaching skills course.
Fee:The standard fee for the RQi Practitioner course is £1,150 + VAT per person. This includes the licence to use the RQi, all support materials (including e-learning modules) and a customisable area on the Thrive portal to administer questionnaires and distribute reports to customers.
Full programme:
1. Distance learning
Before the group workshops, participants are required to complete two e-learning modules as well as their own RQi questionnaire. The e-learning modules are delivered via the Thrive e-learning portal. RQi reports are distributed during the workshops.
2. Group Workshop AND PractiCe Coaching
The two-day workshop provides a thorough understanding of the composite scales and sub-scales of the RQi as well as the skills required for coaching clients who have completed an RQi. After the workshop, participants are required to complete three practice coaching sessions (with family, friends and/or colleagues) in their own time.
3. Online Assessment
This is a multiple-choice and scenarios-based assessment designed to test knowledge of the RQi and the client feedback process. The pass mark is 75%. Download the RQi Practitioner brochure (it's quite a big file so may take a few moments).
